Professional staff provided attentive service during breakfast.

We faced several issues during our stay. The door to the bathroom in room 325 slammed shut, injuring my wife, which required a trip to the hospital. the bathroom layout was impractically designed, causing inconvenience. the experience was overshadowed by these unfortunate incidents.

The meaty pizza at the hotel restaurant was a culinary delight, and I can't forget the amazing customer service we experienced from the staff, especially Waqar and Noman in room service who were always prompt. Plus, the pool area truly catered well to families all around.

The bathroom seems overused, and the carpet could use a change. The walls aren't soundproof. I could hear neighbors and a bit too much bathroom chatter from next door. Oh, and I had a disappointing experience with the valet. there was a scratch on my rental car when I returned it, likely from the busy parking area.

the radisson blu in ajman might have potential, but my hopes were dashed when, upon check-in, my room wasn’t ready—so rude. also, the chaotic pool area was a disaster, lacking seating for proper relaxation. honestly, with such mishaps, a complimentary drink would’ve been nice, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.

My friends and I got a free upgrade to an Executive Suite, which was a fantastic surprise. The pool area was a real peaceful escape, perfect after long days.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for the quality of service and amenities, I found it acceptable.

Had such a lovely night with my partner! The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast had this awesome poolside vibe. Loved chillin’ while enjoying my coffee ☕️. The only bummer was the pool area got a bit crowded at times, which made it hard to find a spot to relax.
